Member Profile: Ron Lundin
By 1958, the Village of Morton Grove was a thriving business community. Lincoln Avenue, which had at one time been the only road leading into the community, was no longer its main street. Facing declining sales for one of his product lines, the Desoto, Plymouth dealer, at Lincoln and Marmora, decided to create another type of business at that location: a “one stop” automotive service business, which could take care of all the car owner’s service requirements. He named the business LIN-MAR Motors, after the intersection where it was located.

Castino Services provides professional painting and home maintenance services for the North Shore area. More than a quarter of a century has passed since Roger Castino created Castino Services from a team of four painters. Today, Castino Services employs over forty employees with specialties in over fifteen different areas of home maintenance services.
Roger Castino grew up in the North Shore area and currently resides in Northfield with his wife and three daughters.
