Scott was different. Before making any recommendations, he asked us many questions. He wanted to know how we cooked, what we wanted etc. He then made a drawing of his idea. After reviewing the drawing, we had several questions. Scott explained his ideas and asked what our concerns were. He then revised the drawings and made other suggestions. It took several revisions to get what we really wanted. If our idea wasn’t feasible, he explained why and worked with us to get alternatives.
